Transmission Services are analytically based and are offered in two general areas, auction revenue rights (ARRs) and financial transmission rights (FTRs). First, we can help load serving clients maximize their transmission rights or ARRs. These rights must be actively selected during an annual allocation. Second, we can help clients manage congestion using FTRs which are auctioned annually and monthly.
